Our chefs, expert enthusiasts of good food of the Italian tradition, will delight you with typical dishes of the Tuscan, Neapolitan, Roman cuisine but also with some other regional recipes of the beautiful country!
The ingredients we use are carefully selected on the basis of strict criteria such as seasonality, Italian products, very fresh and of high quality. Whenever possible we select zero km products, and only occasionally we use frozen products from high quality Italian supply chains.
Among the flagships of our kitchen are the fresh homemade pasta, the very light, soft and crunchy fried foods (we change the frying oil very often and fry only with fine sunflower oil that is always clear!), The second courses cooked in impeccable way and the desserts all strictly homemade by our pastry chef (even the hardworking and complicated Babà are made to perfection by our Pastry Chef!).
